1. Overview & Purpose

Welcome to Sangapu (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Sangapu is a simple utility application built to record daily income and expenses with report exports in PDF and Excel formats to facilitate everyday record keeping.

Personal & Internal Tool Only: Sangapu is designed specifically for personal and internal use. There is no open public self-registration inside the application. User accounts are created and provisioned directly by the system administrator.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding all data collected through the application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is handled, and your rights in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and developer policy standards.

2. Information We Collect

Sangapu collects only the minimum necessary data required to authenticate users and store daily income and expense entries:

A. Account Profile Information

  • Full Name: Stored to personalize your account profile and display on generated PDF and Excel report summaries.
  • Email Address: Used as your unique username for account authentication and service communications.
  • Password: Created to secure your account access. Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed on the server. We never store or view raw, plain-text passwords.
No Sensitive Identity Data: Sangapu does not request phone numbers, OTP verifications, national identity numbers, or social media logins (such as Google or Facebook sign-in).

B. Daily Records Data

  • Income & Expense Entries: Numerical amounts, entry dates, categories, payment methods (Cash, Bank, QR), and optional notes entered by the user.
  • Report Generation: Summary tables compiled into PDF or Excel documents on-demand upon user request.
Non-Financial Notice: Sangapu is solely an everyday record-keeping utility. We are not a bank, financial institution, loan provider, or payment gateway. We do not collect credit or debit card details, bank account numbers, CVVs, or financial credentials.

C. Performance & Diagnostic Data

  • Google Firebase Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated technical information (device model, operating system version, app version, screen views, and diagnostic error logs) used solely to maintain app stability and diagnose crashes.

D. Zero Advertising Identifiers

Sangapu is completely ad-free. We do not collect or access the Google Advertising ID (AD_ID / AAID), Apple IDFA, or any third-party marketing tracking tokens.

3. Device Permissions & Access

Sangapu requests only minimal runtime device permissions strictly necessary for its functionality:

Permissions We Never Request: Sangapu never requests access to your Camera, Microphone, Location (GPS), Contacts, SMS, Call Logs, or broad external file storage.

4. How We Use & Protect Your Data

  • Service Delivery: Providing real-time calculation, storage, and synchronization of your daily income and expense entries.
  • Report Creation: Generating clean PDF and Excel summaries directly upon your action.
  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the app and our servers is secured using Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+).
  • Zero Data Selling: We never sell, rent, trade, or monetize your records or personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Third-Party Services

The application incorporates the following third-party service provider to maintain reliability:

  • Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): Used to monitor application performance and diagnose app crashes. You can review Google's data practices in the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy

In accordance with transparent user data protection and account deletion standards, you have full ownership and control over your account and records:

  • Data Retention: We store your data only as long as your account remains active.
  • In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated entries directly inside the app by navigating to Drawer → Delete Account.
  • Web Deletion Portal: You can request immediate account deletion from any web browser without installing the app by visiting our dedicated portal:

Permanent Deletion: When an account deletion request is confirmed, your login credentials, account profile, and all saved income and expense records are permanently and irreversibly purged from our database within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Sangapu is strictly intended for adult and internal productivity use (ages 18 and older). The application is not directed to children or individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under the age of 18, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the associated account. 8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements in our practices or changes in regulatory guidelines. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
