Delete Your Account

Irreversible Action: Deleting your account is permanent. All your profile information, authentication credentials, and personal income/expense ledger records will be completely removed.

Data Deletion Policy & Disclosures

  • Immediate Profile Purge: Your email address, encrypted password, user profile details, active sessions, and preferences are deleted immediately upon confirmation.
  • Associated Records Purge: All individual daily income entries, expense records, and statement summaries linked to your account are permanently removed from our databases.
  • Statutory Compliance Retention: Where required by applicable legal or tax regulations, anonymized system logs may be retained strictly for statutory compliance (up to 30 days) before complete automatic purge.
  • In-App Alternative: You can also delete your account directly from within the Sangapu mobile app under Drawer → Delete Account.
